Wooden Windows
Windows (modern design Windows with double-glazed Windows) – the most important component of a modern home. They came into our lives as a kind of standard. Now in Russia, the most common profiles of PVC, or as they are called, plastic Windows. But in the era of emerging post-industrial society, man again turns his gaze to nature. Residents of European countries have long preferred linoleum wooden floors or parquet, synthetic materials – cotton and linen, PVC Windows - Euro Windows made of wood. In developed countries are slowly beginning to move away from the rampant production and widespread installation of plastic profiles, sixty-eight percent of the market of Windows of the European Union today is occupied by wooden structures. So, in Germany seventy percent of Windows of premises are made of a tree, and in Austria production of Windows from PVC in General is forbidden.
At us sixty six percent of the market of Windows make plastic window profiles, and wooden Euro Windows were distributed only in an expensive, elite segment.
Now the total area of window constructions is about 900 million square meters already built houses, of which about 460-470 million square meters of Windows you have on housing. Every year the volume of housing construction increases by fifteen percent, which contributes to a similar increase in demand for window designs.
The market of wooden Euro Windows is an unsaturated, developing market with high capacity and potential. The demand for wooden Windows will only increase. On the one hand, this growth is provided by the growth of construction and commissioning of new housing, both multi-storey and low-rise – cottage type. On the other hand, the distribution of consumer preferences towards Euro Windows made of wood is also changing. This is due to the gradual increase in the solvency of consumers and the growth of their awareness of such a product as a wooden Euro window (especially in comparison with plastic profiles). In European countries, this figure is about 4 per cent per year.
The affordability of PVC Windows and the lack of necessary awareness of consumers are the main obstacles to the promotion of wooden window profiles on the market. And yet, according to experts, the market of window profiles made of wood in the near future, the growth rate will be ahead of the market of PVC Windows.
In General, the production of wooden Windows is one of the most promising branches of woodworking. And if we recall the situation in Europe, where wooden (together with wood) Windows occupy sixty-eight percent of the market, we can definitely say - access to it has real prospects. This is the right direction of business.
Wooden Windows has gained a huge recognition among the consumers. Construction, repair, restoration of luxury housing can not be carried out without the use of high-quality wooden Windows. Throughout the civilized world, wood is considered the best, environmentally friendly material for the manufacture of window blocks.
Sealed Windows made of PVC profile, of course, have their advantages, but at the same time their disadvantages are quite obvious. Greenhouse effect and, as a result, condensation on the walls and ceiling - just one of them. The opinion that plastic is more durable than wood - just a misconception. Remember how many decades there were wooden Windows when nobody thought of a PVC profile yet!
Window timber larch.
The best today is considered to be the window laminated veneer lumber, especially if it is made of such an amazing tree as larch.
What are the main advantages of window laminated veneer lumber made of larch? If production of a window bar of this type was conducted on the modern hi-tech equipment, its stable sizes, and, therefore, and ideal accuracy of production of products are guaranteed.
Production technology of window beams borrowed from the aircraft industry, but because the strength exceeds any plastic counterpart.
And finally, the modern window timber is resistant to warping that was previously credited only to plastic Windows. Often used in the design of the premises in hotels, because to install special furniture for hotels - it's not all work on interior design. Window beam should be combined in color with the furniture in the room.
Window timber:
Production of a window bar is classified by the number of layers (three or four-layer); by the type used for gluing lamellas: external lamellas are solid, and internal lamellas are fused; all lamellas are fully fused.
Main advantage:
– has greater strength compared to conventional wood;
– has lower thermal conductivity;
– does not crack;
– has a high quality of front surfaces;
– has a positive effect on the internal microclimate;
Grade
Grade AE – outer slats, one-piece, radial, inner — spliced, mixed cutting). Adhesive joint strength — D4.
Grade B – all lamellas spliced, external — radial cut, internal — mixed cut). Adhesive joint strength — D4.
The timber will be produced in different sections 68*78; 78*82; 72*86; 72*125.
We plan to produce wooden Windows of different types and configurations:
By type:
1. deaf
2. single leaf
3. bivalve
4. tricuspid
5. balcony block
6. products with window leaf
7. stained glass

TRICUSPID WINDOW BLOCKS AND BALCONY DOORS
Differences between wooden and plastic Euro Windows
The main difference between wooden Windows (Euro Windows) from plastic Windows is, of course, the material itself. What could be more natural than wood? Wood is a natural, renewable resource. Even after serving its term, wooden Windows are sent back to nature. In addition, these Windows are much easier to care for, they can be washed even with ordinary water. The tree is a nice touch, nice to listen to the sound of opening and closing of wood Windows and wood Windows will give You a sense of coziness and comfort.
The advantages of wooden Windows:
Euro Windows made of wood are eco-friendly products, very strong and durable. They can not be compared with the Windows of the Soviet era, made of solid wood. Often during its drying technology was violated and, as a consequence, the window frames could eventually warp and crack. The basis of modern European Windows is glued timber, which has high strength and retains the same geometric shape;
The double-glazed window which is established in such Windows, opens in two ways – rotary and folding for airing. All this creates convenience during operation of the window;
They have excellent insulation, providing excellent heat preservation and protection from external noise;
The wooden covering of Windows does not need painting and updating for 5 years of operation;
the color of the Windows can be chosen to match the color of the interior doors, stairs and other interior items;
The tree is able to "breathe" in a natural way and therefore in a room with such Windows there is a good air exchange;
impregnated with special means, wooden Windows have increased fire resistance;
Unlike plastic, wooden Windows can be repaired, and the lacquer coating protects them from light damage.
Disadvantages of PVC:
The material for such window frames is plastic – chemical material. Under the influence of heat, it emits substances harmful to human health. Even if this happens in minimal doses, it is still impossible to say about their full environmental friendliness;
Tightness of double-glazed Windows allows you to save on heating costs, but at the same time in the house there may be a lack of oxygen. The stuffiness and stagnation of air are explained by the inability of plastic to "breathe" and provide a constant flow of air;
In case of breakage, plastic Windows can not be repaired. On them it is impossible to eliminate traces from scratches and dents. The problem can be corrected only by complete replacement of the double-glazed window.
There is nothing better than a well-tested "old". This is what we can say about the wooden Windows, which recently entered the construction market of Russia. If we recall the recent past, the other material for window openings simply had no idea. And it is considered to be the best. Since good can not be cheap, pay attention to their advantages, justifying prices
Production technology.
Window timber.
The modern window bar is first of all a glued bar as production of qualitative Windows is possible only from wood with a certain set of the characteristics which are infrequently meeting in natural conditions.
Glued profiled timber, in the international classification Glulam (glued laminated timber) – a structural material consisting of three glued wooden slats (parts). For the production of glued laminated timber is most often used wood of coniferous species – spruce, pine, larch, cedar. The technology of manufacturing laminated veneer lumber includes careful selection and preparation of blanks (lamellas), removal of natural defects – knots, resin pockets, cracks, etc. If necessary, the selection of blanks by color and texture is carried out, this allows to achieve an impeccable appearance of the finished product.
Window timber necessarily glued of three layers. When gluing in timber slats matched with mutually opposite direction of wood fibers. This extinguishes the stresses arising inside the window bar and ensures the preservation of a given geometric shape throughout the life of the operation. Glued laminated timber is 80% stronger and 40% tougher than conventional solid timber. And with proper care of the window, made of glued window timber, almost eternal. Breeds of a tree from which the window bar is made, are subdivided into two groups: coniferous and deciduous.
There are three main categories of laminated veneer lumber: one-piece, half-purpose and spliced. From solid timber to both the front panel one-piece, medium-spliced. Have poluchennogo timber slat front one solid, the other two spliced. The timber is spliced in all three of the slats are made of glued slats. In all categories, the front slats have radial and semi-radial cut.
Advantages over solid wood. They are as follows:
the possibility of forming blanks of any size with specified consumer properties from associated low-quality and short-gauge lumber;
easy to ensure the required quality of workpieces;
increasing the useful yield of wood by cutting defects from boards of smaller cross-section.
Window timber production technology:
Form (via the configuration)
1. rectangular
2. round
3. arched
4. triangular
5. polygonal

1. Drying edged boards.
Removing the internal stress of the timber and bring the wood to the desired moisture percentage.
2. Pre-surfacing of blanks
Optimization of the radius of curvature by the end to reduce the allowance for planing in further processing
3. Board sawing
Obtaining the required width of the workpiece
4. Opening of defective places.
The opening of defects of the blanks and the provision of basic surfaces for further processing
5. Cutting defective places.
Obtaining defect-free blanks for subsequent splicing along the length
6. The merging of preparations on length.
Cutting at the ends of the workpiece toothed spikes, applying glue to the spikes and splicing along the length of the defect-free blanks in a lamella with a surfacing in size
7. Siping calibration
Longitudinal milling in order to remove glue build-up, steps between workpieces, obtaining precise geometric shapes and high purity of the surface for gluing on the formation.
8. Application of glue on the layer of lamellas
Applying glue on the flat surface of the slats to further bonding.
9. Gluing of bars
Bonding of the treated slats of plastic on a smooth Fugue with the aim of obtaining a laminated window bars

10. Calibration of laminated veneer lumber
Longitudinal milling of the bar with the goal of lifting sagging glue after glueing on the width of the stairs between the glued lashes, accurate geometricheskimi and surface finish.
Manufacture of wooden window:

STAGE 1.
On a four-sided machine window beam is calibrated and adjusted to the desired parameters.

STAGE 2.
Milling timber. The whole milling process is automatic. Machining center allows to produce up to 20-35 Windows per shift.

STAGE 3.
Profiles are assembled into the product, the result is a perfect window geometry and tight fit profiles to each other.

STAGE 4.
On the grinding machine is calibrated to hundredths of a millimeter, which allows you to get a perfectly smooth surface.

STEP 7.
Then the Windows are suspended on a special conveyor for painting and drying. After drying, the Windows are sent to the shop for the final installation of accessories and the insertion of double-glazed Windows.

STAGE 5.
The window is in view and gradually completed manually that are unable to make machines.

STAGE 6.
In the paint shop Windows are primed and covered with antiseptic.

8 STAGE.
On the sash begin to install seals, fittings and double-glazed Windows. First of the grooves is set to seal. Each bend place is cut with special corner scissors in order to prevent violation of the working part of the seal and to preserve the tightness of the wooden window. Then are laid out and milled the holes for the hinges and locks. Each hole is marked individually.
9 STAGE.
After the installation of accessories in the product invested glazing the last pre-acceptance in accordance with the applicable requirements. For uniform placement in the doors, the enclosed double-glazed Windows are expanded with the help of special plastic plates. Fastening of double-glazed window in a shutter is made by means of a shtapik. Each shtapik for a shutter is cut individually and is aimed in a special groove which is sealed by silicone.After all this, each wooden window is installed on the adjustment stand, where the work of the fittings is carefully checked and the adjustment of the flaps is carried out.
10 STAGE. Finally, the Windows are Packed in plastic wrap, and sent to the warehouse of finished products.
Double-glazed window makes the installation of double frames irrelevant. Our Windows with triple glazing applied polished Bor glass marks M1 (two-chamber glazing thickness 24mm.-40mm). At the request of the customer it is possible to install a glass unit with a solid selective coating, filling with argon, installation of tinting and protective films in the glass unit. The use of heat-reflecting coating of different shades improves the thermal properties and gives the window personality, and armor films protect against accidental damage and unauthorized entry into the house. Service life of double-glazed Windows more than 50 years
Double-glazed window - the largest area component of the window, which determines the thermal properties of the product as a whole.
The use of heat-reflecting coating (TOP) in double-glazed Windows increases their resistance to heat transfer, which increases tangible comfort and saves on heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. In developed countries, where high concern for energy efficiency, the use of such double-glazed Windows is a standard. Energy-saving double-glazed Windows prevent heat loss in the room, which is especially important in the installation of Windows in Siberia and the North.
Specialists of our company since 2010 introduced a heat-reflecting coating in the mandatory (basic) equipment of the window. Additional service in the company is filling of internal chambers of double-glazed Windows with gas (Argon).Filling with argon in combination with the TOP seriously increases the heat transfer resistance of structures, as well as increases the efficiency and durability of the TOP.
Wooden Windows are equally good for modern design of all styles - classic, cozy country style, country, and even high-tech - it all depends on the color, shape and decorative elements. With such Windows at your home will become the dream of its owner: the hut and the castle, artistic interior and a comfortable home.
Modern seals company "Shlegel" (Germany) are made of thermoplastic elastomer. This sealing system is specially tested and certified for Russian conditions, keeps working in the temperature range from -45 to +70 degrees without loss of physical and mechanical properties. The double contour of the seals completely eliminates the blowing of Windows and penetration of moisture into the room, leads to a reduction in heat loss and a significant improvement in sound insulation.
All products are equipped with standard protective aluminum profiles on the lower surfaces of the frames and flaps. On the lower surface of the frame is installed drainage tire with holes for drainage of water, condensate. On the lower surface of the leaf will always be installed aluminum drip, protecting the most vulnerable surface of the window. Only with this basic configuration can reliably protect the window cover and extend its service life. Protective aluminum profile on the sash and window frame.
In a huge experience of our company - production of Windows and doors of the most various flowers: from yellow, green, blue flowers, any opaque shades to non-standard zowosan System of coverings of the German concern Zobel. tones with accentuated wood structure. Bilateral staining of the Windows has a distinct advantage if you wish to retain the facade of the house, cottages, buildings in a single color, and inside color of the Windows to support the interior style. In this case, the outer color of the Windows can be radically different from the inner. For example, you can even consider the standard 9-storey building, where most of the Windows from the street white. The client always has the opportunity to keep the outer color of the Windows white, and inside to choose any shade with a stressed texture of wood, thereby making the window an integral part of its interior.
